  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day).
  • Processing Delays: Occasionally, processing may take longer due to high order volume (e.g., during sales events), product availability, or incomplete order information (e.g., missing shipping details). We will notify you via email if your order is expected to be delayed by more than 3 business days.
  • Order Verification: To prevent fraud, we may verify your order and payment information before processing. This may require additional documentation or communication, which could extend processing time temporarily.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two primary shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimated from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

2.1 Standard Shipping (Free for All Orders)

Standard shipping is our most popular option and is free for every order, with no minimum purchase required. We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS Ground) to deliver your Vionic shoes efficiently.
  • Delivery Time: 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location (e.g., rural areas may take a day or two longer).
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s website or your Vionicshoesdeals account.

2.2 Expedited Shipping

For customers who need their Vionic shoes faster (e.g., for immediate foot pain relief or a special occasion), we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. This option prioritizes your order in our processing queue and uses faster carrier services (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS Priority Mail).
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day processing with expedited shipping. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Tracking: Expedited orders include real-time tracking, and you will receive updates via email at every stage of the delivery process.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden shipping fees. Here’s our cost structure:
  • Standard Shipping: $0 (free for all orders, regardless of size or value).

  • Additional Fees: There are no surcharges for remote locations or oversized packages (e.g., multiple pairs of boots). The only shipping cost you’ll pay is the expedited fee (if selected).

4. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to make our Vionic shoes available to as many customers as possible, we have a few shipping restrictions to note:
  • Location Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Standard shipping to these addresses may take slightly longer (7–14 business days) due to carrier limitations. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
  • Multiple Addresses: If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. We cannot split a single order across multiple delivery locations.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

We keep you informed about your order’s status every step of the way:

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number, carrier information, and an estimated delivery date.

6. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally packages may be delayed or go missing. Here’s how we handle these situations:

6.1 Delayed Packages

If your package is not delivered by the estimated delivery date, first check the tracking information for updates (e.g., the carrier may have experienced a delay due to weather or high volume). We will investigate the delay with the carrier and provide you with an update.

6.2 Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if the carrier’s tracking shows it was shipped but has not been delivered and has no updates for 7 business days (for standard shipping) or 3 business days (for expedited shipping). To report a lost package:

  2. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.

6.3 Stolen Packages

If the carrier’s tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, first check with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., a front desk) to see if someone accepted it on your behalf. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, and depending on the carrier’s investigation, we may issue a refund or replacement.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged (e.g., the box is crushed, the shoes are scuffed), please take the following steps:

  • We will arrange for a free return of the damaged item and send you a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged packaging unless requested by our team.

We understand that you may need to update your shipping address after placing an order, but we can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
